Le Diagnostic de Performance Energétique (DPE) renseigne sur la performance énergétique et environnementale d’un logement ou d’un bâtiment, en évaluant sa consommation d’énergie et son impact en matière d’émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Le contenu et les modalités d’établissement du DPE sont réglementés. Le DPE contient des informations sur les caractéristiques du bâtiment ou du logement (surface, orientation, murs, fenêtres, matériaux, etc.) ainsi que sur ses équipements (de chauffage, de production d’eau chaude sanitaire, de ventilation, etc.). Ces données proviennent de l'Ademe.

- date_etablissement_dpe
- date_fin_validite_dpe
- etiquette_dpe
- etiquette_ges
- annee_construction
- type_batiment
- code_insee
- adresse
- coordonnées (x, y)
- secteur_d'activité (pour le tertiaire)
- secteur_dpe (Logement existant, Logement neuf, Tertiaire)
- type_dpe (Avant ou après la réforme de juillet 2021)
- id_bati (DPE contenu dans le bâtiment ou alors bâtiment le plus proche dans une limite de 15 mètres)
- parcelle (parcelle qui contient le DPE)
- nb_dpe_adresse (nombre de DPE réalisés à cette adresse)

A noter que les DPE de type NULL réalisés sur la base de la méthode de classification utilisée avant juillet 2021 ne sont pas accessibles dans cette couche.
