Parcelles des grands propriétaires fonciers sur Rennes Métropole

Cette couche de polygones regroupe une sélection des parcelles appartenant aux aménageurs publics, bailleurs sociaux, biens communaux et biens de Rennes Métropole.

Les parcelles ont été identifiées par requêtes portant sur l'attribut "nom du propriétaire", pour les propriétaires suivants :
• les communes de la Métropole ;
• les communes propriétaires d'un terrain sur une autre commune (valeur "Autre commune") ;
• Rennes Métropole ;
• le Conseil Départemental d'Ille-et-Vilaine ;
• la Région Bretagne ;
• l'Etat ;
• les aménageurs publics - Territoires, S.P.L.A.(Société Publique Locale d'Aménagement), SADIV (Société d'Aménagement et de Développement d'Ille et Vilaine) ;
• les bailleurs sociaux - Espacil Habitat, Espacil Residence, Aiguillon, Habitat 35, Habitation Familiale, HLM Les Foyers, ICF Atlantique, OPH de Rennes Métropole ;
• l'établissement public foncier de Bretagne : EPF
• SAFER Bretagne : SBAFER
• Le diocèse
• SNCF réseau

Les parcelles proviennent du PCI vecteur de juin 2024 et sur les données foncière en date du 01/01/2024.
Le service foncier dispose de millésimes antérieurs de cette donnée.
